Spring Pond Start-Up  

This class will discuss spring pond clean-up options, water treatments that will assist in jump starting your ponds biological system in the spring, how to clean out and divide water garden plants and how to assess the health of your pond fish after the long winter. This workshop is FREE.

Pond and Waterfall Design

Learn the key issues associated with designing and building your own pond, stream and/or waterfall: location, size, design options, depth, planting shelves, fish or no fish, filters, pumps, flow rates, pondless waterfalls, options for the finished edge of pond and much more.  Each person will be able to design & present his or her own pond design for feedback and input.   Please bring to the class: photographs and/or dimensions of your yard and any pond ideas or sketches you may have. Pond Construction - Hands On   

Workshop provides hands on experience building an 11’ x16’ pond with a stream, waterfall and bog; and a pondless waterfall.  For those who want the direct hands on, bring work gloves and dress appropriately.  This workshop is FREE (Includes a 10% Off Pond Kits Coupon).
