If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a refund or exchange per the guidelines below.

 

The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless the return is a result of our error. Items can be returned via mail or in-store.

 

FULL REFUND if the item is returned with receipt within 30 days and in original condition & packaging.

 

IN-STORE CREDIT if the item is returned with receipt within 31-90 days and in original condition & packaging.

 

NO REFUND if the item is returned after 90 days of purchase, no receipt, item in used condition, item without original packaging or special orders.

 

25% RESTOCKING FEE on custom cut items. Ie: Liner, Tubing, Underlayment.

 

3 day guarantee on fish.

 

$45 fee on returned checks.
